Welcome to Temple Glow Boutique (templeglowboutique.store), operated by Bunker Family Store, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or browsing this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products & Orders
All products are handcrafted, 3D-printed temple models and night lights made to order. Because each piece is produced individually, please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order.
3. Customization & Intellectual Property
Some products offer custom text engraving and photo printing. By submitting text or uploading a photo, you represent and warrant that:
- You own the rights to the content or have permission to use it.
- The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- The content is not obscene, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful.
We reserve the right to refuse any customization request at our sole discretion. All original designs, logos, images, and content on this site are the property of Bunker Family Store, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
4. Payment
We accept payment through PayPal (including credit/debit cards processed via PayPal). Payment is collected at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely through PayPal’s platform.
5. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, all sales of customized items are final. Standard (non-customized) items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunker Family Store, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided “as is.” While we take great care in crafting each piece, we do not guarantee that products will meet your specific expectations. Minor variations in color, texture, and dimensions are inherent to handmade, 3D-printed items and are not considered defects.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Utah, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
