How long does it take to receive my order?
Allow 5-7 business days for production plus 3-7 business days for USPS shipping. Total: 8-14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. US only for now.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive an email with a USPS tracking number once your order ships.
Products
What are your models made of?
3D printed using PLA (polylactic acid), a durable, plant-based plastic.
Do the models light up?
Yes! They include LED lighting powered by a USB cable (included).
How big are the models?
Large models: 6-10 inches tall. Small models: 3-5 inches. Exact dimensions on each product page.
Customization
What options are available?
- Text base: Add a name, date, or short message
- Photo + text base: Add a custom photo and engraved text
- Night light personalization: Add a person with optional caption
What photo quality do you need?
At least 300 DPI or 1 MB+. Faces toward camera with even lighting work best.
Can I return a customized item?
Customized items are final sale. Standard items can be returned within 14 days.
Payment
What do you accept?
PayPal, Venmo, and all major credit/debit cards through PayPal. Pay Later options available.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments processed through PayPal’s encrypted platform. We never store card numbers.
